1. Introduction
These terms and conditions govern the use of our food ordering service provided by JVT Artisan Foods Ltd (trading as The Nashville). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Products
All food is prepared fresh in our cloud kitchen at Unit 3, B6 4NG, Birmingham. Images are for illustration only. Ingredients and allergens are listed on request.

3. Ordering & Payment
Orders can be placed online through our website. Full payment is required at the time of order. We accept major card payments securely.

4. Delivery
We deliver within selected zones. Delivery time estimates are provided but may vary. You must provide accurate address and contact details.

5. Cancellations & Refunds
Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once prepared. Refunds are only provided in case of errors or issues confirmed by our team.

6. Food Safety
All items are prepared in a kitchen that handles allergens. Please inform us of any allergies before ordering.
